About Us...

Tieman Realty Inc was founded in 1984 by Ronald and Leona Tieman. Ronald was the broker/owner and held his real estate license from 1974 till his passing in 1995.

In 1995 Ronald’s grandson, Dean Bogdonovich and his wife Becki, became broker/owner. Dean has been with Tieman Realty Inc. since 1985. Dean held a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesman license from 1988-1990. In 1990 he then obtained his Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers license which he currently holds. Becki got her brokers license in 1995. Dean also has held the Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser license since 1992.

In February of 1998 Tieman Realty Inc. expanded by opening a branch office in Neillsville, Wisconsin

Since 1984, Tieman Realty Inc. has bought, sold, divided, developed and financed real estate.

Tieman Realty Inc. also appraises for many lending institutions, attorneys, and private individuals. Tieman Realty Inc has appraised for condemnation, bankruptcies, divorces, refinancing, estates, real estate purchases and just for individual knowledge. Tieman Realty Inc. specializes in farms, vacant land and residential properties. Our territory covers all of Clark County and the neighboring counties of Wood, Marathon, Taylor, Eau Claire, Chippewa, and Jackson.
